Bike Light

Are you interested in spinning, but you would like to take a lighter approach? This class is
for you. We will introduce you to our indoor exercise bikes. Using music as a motivational
background, this exercise class begins with a warm-up followed by 40 minutes of light
cardio exercise and concludes with a cool down and stretch segment.
Class size limit is 11. Classes begin Feb. 2
Days: T/TH 10-10:30 am
